LOGO DESIGN: PHIXX 606 Cycles

A Chicago bicycle shop, PHIXX 606 Cycles, contacted me to create a logo to update their presence. They wanted to include a graffiti/hip hop vibe with bicycle parts. Here is what I came up with...

WEBSITE DESIGN: Jon Doe Music

Jon?Doe's manager hollered at me to see if I can revamp his site. This was a total overhaul. We started with the header logo and worked our way through the overall layout. He wanted the four elements of the hip hop culture (breakdancing, deejaying, emceeing and graffiti) to be evident in the design and the navigation to be easy. They were very particular about the type of equipment that I used in the final design and were pleased with the results.

LOGO DESIGN: DJ Sabado

Sabado wanted a graffiti, throw-up style logo that would be used on flyers and promotional materials.  This job was straight to the point and he knew exactly what he wanted to see. 
Here is the result...


You can find DJ Sabado opening for various hip hop acts and spinning at multiple venues in and out of the Chicagoland area. For an up to date schedule of his events, check his facebook.

LOGO DESIGN: DYK Editorial, Inc.

This logo was created for a new media company based in Chicago's South Side. DYK Editorial, Inc.. Headed by Nick Kofski, DYK takes your media projects to the next level with up to date video technology and years of experience to back it up. I have done some freelance for Nick a few years ago when he was with another company, but since then his clientele has grown which led him to branch out on his own.

I sit down with graffiti artist/ illustrator Solo RM as he tells me about some of his influences and explains the concept behind the comic strip that we work on called "On The Daily". CUSTOM KICKS: NY State of Mind SB Dunks

The customer wanted a pair of SBs that reminded him of his old stomping grounds. He wanted to incorporate the sights of the city along with the graffiti that he loved most of all. We agreed on a Lime green and Blue colorway with a silver swoosh. The rest was concocted straight from the dome piece. Enjoy...
