CUSTOM KICKS: ROB ZOMBIE BLAZERS

The client wanted to incorporate elements of Rob Zombie's movies(House of 1000 Corpses), an album cover and have green as the main color. I found a pair of Nike premium blazers with  crackled leather and orange soles. DOPE! I liked the texture and color combinations going on in Rob's dreadlocks,
so I continued it all over the shoes to make them cohesive. 
Everything came together nicely...

The base shoe for this project was a pair of all white Air Max 90s. The customer wanted the pair to reflect her Filipino heritage. I took elements of the Filipino flag and flipped them up a bit. Here is what they looked like...


CUSTOM KICKS: BLACK FLAG "Police Story" AF1

This pair of shoes was made for the owner of Beau Monde Shoe Gallery. He wanted to have the infamous "Police Story" album artwork (by Chuck Higby) incorporated into the design as well as the Black Flag logo. Black Flag was considered to be one of the first hardcore punk bands and innovators in the punk scene. This particular album has a special story attached to it. You can read more about it here. The customer wanted a pair of SBs that reminded him of his old stomping grounds. He wanted to incorporate the sights of the city along with the graffiti that he loved most of all. We agreed on a Lime green and Blue colorway with a silver swoosh. The rest was concocted straight from the dome piece. Enjoy...


CUSTOM KICKS: HALO Dunks

I was asked to create a pair of Halo dunks for a professional gamer. He wanted them to wear at his next event in Vegas. I based them off of the battle armor that Master Chief wears in the video game. I haven't included detailed shots in fear of bootleggers..instead, I put together a nice teaser video! Enjoy...


Certificate of Authenticity

My friend Debbie recently started a letterpress business and is on the verge of greatness. We collaborated and came up with this design that I will be including with all of my custom shoes from here on out. I have had problems with China stealing my designs and mass producing them....long story. This is something that will give my customers that extra seal of approval to add along with the lacelocks.
